Cards anyone?

Today has been spent marking GCSE controlled assessment - not one of my favourite activities. It takes so long to mark just one project and is definitely one of the downsides to teaching. Thankfully I went over to a friends house to mark together and share the pain, so it wasn't quite so boring. We finished our marking session with a quick game of cards. This is a game that was taught to me and my sister by our Grandparents many years ago and it has become a family tradition played at Christmas and when I get together with my cousins. It's a great game which can be played in pairs or individually!
