Great expectations!

This was the stage before the concert at our local music society concert this evening. Two international artists performed - one playing the recorder (he played all nine seen in the picture in various works) and the second artist played the lute. It was an evening of Baroque music and one could imagine similar music being played in palaces in centuries long past!
I would have liked to get a photo of the performers but it was impossible to do so from where we were sitting without being seen!!
