Coffee.

Met up with Lisa and then walked up the Mount. I seem to be reasonably fit as i didn't feel like i would die.Then a swim in the sea while it was raining, which was bracing. It was lovely once my body stopped protesting. Then we went for a hot swim. Then a coffee and a snack. It was great to spend some time with her as I hadn't seen her in ages.
