22k cycle, 12 k run. A refuel of eggy bread & banana, then C and I headed to Shipley as schools is closed for training. Just as we got to Halifax, Shipley, I had a message to say we had arrived in Nova Scotia. Result, we got that second place and have a weekend to rest and recover before we set off for Spain!

Not quite rest time for me as I'd said I'd have a walk with J when I got back. Nice to have time just the two of us though.
