B and WiFi

A man from Virgin Media came to look at our constantly missing internet, he walked in and said “it’s not switched on” duh! I had to explain the call centre told me to switch it off prior to his visit. Anyhoo he’s replaced the modem and we have WiFi upstairs and downstairs :-)
