Walk in the woods

I stayed at my friend Susan’s last night - first night in someone else’s home since March. As we’ve formed an extended household we are able to meet in our homes and stay over. Her puppy Scoobie is really starting to find her feet and push the boundaries but I thought it would be good to help with the routines. We had some wine, a takeaway and a good long chat whilst putting the world to rights.

Mr PHL collected me late morning and I came home to a lovely welcome from Phin. I think he missed me.

We took him for a walk in the woods around Newbattle abbey this afternoon and he was such a good boy around the other dogs and their owners. Braved the supermarket and picked up food for the next few days. Beef stroganoff for dinner was rather tasty.

Tried to get an early night but ended up watching tv and eating cheese and biscuits. Hope I don’t have weird dreams. Night all
