Crab tree

A walk at Wells this afternoon; around four miles from the town to the beach and back.  At low tide the beach is massive; although I walked about a mile around the beach if I’d walked out as far as the sea it would have added about another mile to the walk.  The town has erected this Christmas ‘tree’ on the harbour; made up of crab and whelk pots, it has attracted quite a bit of attention in the local media.
