NaIled it!

Horrendous day for me but the call centre girls pulled off a miracle and the phone issue seems fixed! We have been drowning in calls and long waits and horrible comments for weeks - today was day one of a new plan. It seems to have worked.
Now we have to figure out how to get us clinicians to cope with 70 plus contacts each (I won’t) - I suspect the only way is more hands to the pump!
