A Grand Day Out

Determined to complete a month of double challenged, I wanted to find a family to blip in the High Street today. You would think that during the school holidays there would be one? No. Half day closing and freezing cold weather meant that the place was virtually empty.

I headed to the park and from where I stood, looking at the fountain in the lake, rubbing my frozen figures together and contemplating putting the camera away this family obliged.

What better way to spend a day in the icy winds beside the river being terrorised by the gulls?

I was ALMOST pleased to get back to my desk.
