Two Tiers

So here I am standing two minutes walk from my home in Leicestershire in tier 3 looking at the next field which is Northamptonshire, tier 2.
Not sure which side of the border the hedge is on.
It’s the boundary.
Maybe the line goes up the middle.
Whatever, it’s not worth shedding tiers over...
