Bread

It's ages since I made a sourdough loaf but it looks as though I've not lost my sourdough mojo. As always it took days to get to this point but it tastes nice and the texture is okay. Otherwise, a busy day and I am so looking forward to taking a bit of a break over the weekend - I'll be marking, of course, but that's quite relaxing once I've got my head around the marking guide.
