Birdbreak Hotel

Oddly, the new bird feeder attracts not a single bird.  Maybe they just haven't got used to it yet.

It's Friday and I was keen to get up and get to work today.  Then the shutter went up and it was dark and foggy outside.  I, on the other hand, was warm and cosy and tucked up - so I treated myself to another hour or so of luxuriating in laziness.

Today is the last day of my Wiedereingliederungsplan/getting-back-to-work-plan.  As of Monday I'll be back to nearly full time.  I say full time, but I have to take the holidays I have left over.  So I work 5 days next week and then I don't have a full week until the middle of April.

You have no idea how much my heart sings when I look at my calendar and see all those Mondays off.  And no, it doesn't make Tuesday the new Monday, it makes Tuesday The Day After The Glorious Monday Off.  That's a very different feel.
