Water Iris

I collected the seeds from a large yellow flag iris threatening to take over my garden pond last year before I decimated pruned it - it rewarded me by not flowering at all this year!!   Anyway, today I "discovered" them floating in water in an old plastic food tray which I had left out instead of storing away safely.  I liked the patterns and colours they made, so grabbed a few shots and played about in Lightroom and Photoshop to create this image for Ingeborg's Abtract Thursday challenge.
