Light fantastic

A heavy mist gave way to the most beautiful light over St Helier this morning. It was so uplifting to sit at the harbout with a coffee and watch the mist dissipate into such stunning clarity. At the same time I also had an unexpected and equally uplifting Facetime with both daughters.

I took a good few shots of low sun, shimmering water and boats - but I just love the visual quality of this shot. Had to crop quite severely as there is a large flat roof just below where I stood to take this.
