Hotel Majestic, Barcelona

You would be forgiven if you thought this was the showpiece of The Great British Bake Off!  This fabled hotel including a phase of being the Republican Army HQ during the Spanish Civil War and, also, being the site of various serious political deals since, is fully dressed for a Christmas that will not come as we know it. The intent was there!
