A Day At A Time.

What A Difference A Day Makes

The rain during the night was torrential, but by morning the skies had cleared and it was another beautiful, warm and sunny day. All traces of the deluge of the previous day had vanished. I just hope the reservoirs enjoyed a good drink.

We had lunch at Da Bruno's in Cabopino today with great old friends Gill and Dudley. The food was lovely and the company very entertaining.

Alas that was my last meal for two days. I have to be on a very strict liquid only diet until my high contrast X-ray on Friday morning. Together with a blood test and an ECG, I shall be revisiting the Sanitaria Costa Del Sol for most of the morning.

I shall be very glad when this kidney business is finally sorted.

P.S. My "new" Nikon 18-200 lens from Ebay arrived today. I reckon I can see the difference in the quality of the pictures and the smoothness of the autofocus is a delight!
