Wolf spider

This spider, which I think is a wolf spider,  has been hanging around downstairs just outside the bathroom doorway for several days. Now the weather has turned colder there don't seem to be many insects around so I don't know what it's finding to eat. So far Saffron hasn't noticed it, thankfully!
