The Bird

I bought our turkey for Thanksgiving.  I could not find a small one for just the two of us.  I ended up buying this massive 20 pound bird.  It is a good thing that we really like turkey.  

Now, I have to decide if I am going to brine or not.   Decisions, decisions.
