Burning rubber

Disaster struck this weekend.....my tumble dryer stopped tumbling!!
Superman (aka Mr A) has dismantled and diagnosed today; despite the burning rubber smell it's the bearings that have gone rather than the belt and that's just a little bit too much for him to fix.
Time to call in the experts, but again Mr A insisted on getting quotes as he reckons (& I'm inclined to agree) that a 'man to man' quote will be cheaper than 'man to dumb blonde' (my interpretation!). All this on what is meant to be his day off, he's just amazing!

I've had a productive day, polishing the teeth of the nation with my trusty rubber cups...no burning rubber here :-)
