Bare branches

I have blipped this tree before on several occasions - when in blossom in the spring (2nd April 2019 and 2nd April 2020), leafy in the summer (3rd September 2020), and with leaves turning in the autumn (with bonus sunrise 19th October 2019). Today I present it showing off its bare winter look, although I have to say that I don't think autumn's over just yet. Let's give it a few more days until the end of the month at least.

I'm really pleased that I cleared my email yesterday because this gave me a straight run through a couple of important tasks today, and also meant that my meetings ran smoothly.

After work I went for a run in the dark and cold (but fortunately not wet).

We saw Paddy briefly tonight when he came to collect a beer advent calendar(!) that had accidentally been delivered to him at our flat even though he had updated his address on the supplier's web site. I think that Mr hazelh was rather sorry to watch Paddy carry the box of cans up our steps to his car.

Exercise today: 5k run.
