What a great sky

The heat has returned but as I was in the office for most of the day it didn’t bother me too much.

I had the task of giving performance feedback to our Millwright students which went pretty well for most of them but two, who have egos the size of mountains don’t take constructive criticism very well and were painful in their arguments in dispute. It all fell on deaf ears though as their colleagues all agreed with the negative reports shared.

Arnie was playing squash early evening so I tried taking Shiv for a wander but we didn’t get very far. She seems to enjoy the process of getting ready to go other than actually walking. We ended up just sitting in the garden enjoying the spectacular sunset.
