Dig out the Lumix?

Took this with my new realme7 Pro phone camera on max zoom (x10). Not happy with the result so I either have to dig into the camera techniques or take the Lumix out with me on our walks just in case.
I know x10 isn't much of a zoom for things far away, such as aircraft, but I'll look through the user guide as there are a few settings on the camera.
Jonty still looks dazzling after yesterdays grooming in or out of focus.
