Columbia Park

Today I wandered across N Lombard and circumnavigated Columbia Park. Usually, I stick to the south side of Lombard, walking as far as the Park annex that stretches south to Willamette Blvd, and from there wend my way back home, zig-zagging through the blocks. It's always interesting, quiet, and familiar enough to not distract too much from whatever I'm listening to on my phone. Yet, every day there is a surprise of leaves changing color, trees revealing shapes, and pleasing configurations of rooflines.
