Today

is my birthday. And this great painting was presented to me by my swimmin wimmin this morning after our swim and coffee and tasty sausage rolls (love flaky pastry) at a safe social distance. One of the swimmers who does beautiful embroidery also dabbles in painting and this was the group’s gift to me. I just adore it.

Clearly this is me in the blue swimsuit and beside me is the one and only seal seen in Bray and guess what one morning out of the blue his head popped up beside me. I screamed so loudly that I could be heard in Kilkenny. So I get constant slagging over that. You can see Bray Head and the DART train winding around from Greystones. My deckchair with signature Lidl bag and my fave pink sparkly skirt draped over chair. You can also see on the left GLG (good looking guy) with orange swim hat.

I have day off work (beautiful weather here) and my children are coming this evening to cook and chat. There is one bottle of tractor wine left and 3 of us will have a glass.
