Yoga Class

After our yoga class had to move location, one of the friends - an amazing hostess - suggested we go up to her hayloft in the old barn attached to their 18th century farmhouse along my 'One Street' old road. There's around 12 of us, different ages, occupations etc.
A wonderful space. Old stone walls, massive oak beams (with fairy lights :) Zebedee the young marmalade cat joins in - and the best part is afterwards getting round the kitchen table for the coffee and delicious home-made cakes brought along each week :)

It makes all the hard work in class so worth it!
