Bladderwrak Boy

This morning dawned grey and overcast, gone the beautiful winter sun of the past few days. I have taken a shot of some lichens several times and never used them and again todays intention was to shoot them again and Blip them but as usual best laid plans went out the window when the Curlew came a calling.

The tide was still retreating but had left some small pools among the weed, I caught this guy out of the corner of my eye but lost him again in the weed, with the tide so low, no tripod and a long zoom it is not as good as I hoped but he is too handsome not to share
