Peebles CAN

Mary and I have signed up to a 3 week cookery course being run by Peebles CAN.  On the menu today were Guinness Bread, smoked mackerel pate, mince pies and chantilly cream.  The ingredients were delivered to the house an hour before the two hour session and  there was online instruction from Dave.  The results were very tasty.  We are looking forward to next week now.
