Brownies

Tonight is the final of the Great British Bake Off (GBBO)
and it is a truth universally acknowledged that a person has to eat a treat while watching the GBBO.


Last week, for instance, our Tuesday online shop was delivered in time for the semi-final and included some exquisite chocolate eclairs.


But this week I made Brownies; soft squidgy centres with a thin crispy crust.


Served with a good dollop of Ricotta.


Lip smackingly good.
