Walk and run

Got up and went straight to Morrison’s to get milk. The early bird and all that. Being up early refreshed me to be fair. I always used to get up and run.
Came back and took the girls for a long scoot. We had so much fun in the sun. Found the local sheep and dodged all the dragons.
I came back and out B down for a nap then decided to go for a run. Ouch.
Home and packed everyone off to the in-laws so I can start emptying the kitchen. I got bored after 2 hours.
