Had my one day off this week today. Went into Chinatown and had chicken rice at TianTian Chicken Rice at the Maxwell Road Hawker Centre. I now know why it's the most popular CR in Singapore. It was SO good. Anthony Bourdain was right about the rice. I could eat it on its own without the chicken and sauce.
