Mono Monday Curved Water

A bit of an abstract look to Mono Monday. A shot over the small weir at the bottom of Damary, where the reflections of overhanging branches stand shattered beside the smooth curve of the water.

Janet had a hospital visit today for routine bloods, but late last night realised her hands were too sore to drive herself in. I therefore had a nice drive out for a change! And after lunch a walk in the woods.

I've put an extra of the young lady herself, beneath the golden canopy of the few remaining leaves. The light wasn't offering much to work with today, but I like it. The path was as muddy as it looks!
