Summer Lives On

It was a grey, grey day here in Tauranga. I ran some errands and wondered where all the colour had gone. I found myself at the beautiful golden beach of Mt Maunganui which stretches down the coast for miles. A crack in the clouds for a brief moment and voila.

There were lots of people on the beach and surfing - it all looked so idyllic. The mound of trees on the left is a small island you can walk to and over called Rabbit Island.
