Roasted Butternut Squash Pasta

Roasted butternut squash pasta with sage brown butter and walnuts, and salad with feta and pomegranate.

This was all excellent. My attempt to make headway on my never-ending pomegranate supply continues. The idea for this use was borrowed from a fellow blipper ( https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2767902824888008758 ). I muddled some of the pomegranate seeds and used the juice, along with a bit of sumac and black lime, the form the base of the vinaigrette.
