Painted Rock Garden

One of my neighbors created this lovely painted rock garden.
I peek at it every time I pass by to see what has been added or removed.
Today I needed a bit of color to brighten my day.
I knew right where to go for a dash of wisdom and fun, as well as some bright colors.
