Garden collage

I spent some time doing garden jobs today and realised that there is still quite a bit in flower if you look carefully ... this is a small selection.
I made a little progress but nothing to boast about!
Cold grey and windy today with some showers, so no thoughts of swimming ... hard to believe I was swimming in sunshine last Tuesday.
I had a chat to Mum on the phone. She is finally back in her own house after about 3 months of staying with my uncle and then my sister, who moved up North for a few weeks and rented a bungalow to look after Mum till the house repairs were finished. My sister helped her move back in and sorted things out for her, but now she is on her own after all that time, Mum is really struggling to cope. I'd hoped to be able to fly over for a couple of weeks to help her through this period, but what with lockdown and travel ban here, and lockdown there and quarantine requirement, it's out of the question at the moment.
