New Zealand adventurer-
- take your own sun deck with you. The camper van is ubiquitous in New Zealand; some are quirky and colourful others shiny and streamlined but we have never seen one like this. Not sure if he is just off the ferry or about to board one like us.
We stopped at this lookout right above the ferry port in Picton to see our ferry - the Interislander below, after a superb morning drive along Queen Charlotte's Drive in the Marlborough Sound. Despite the stunning scenery (you must be getting bored with that!) it was this amazing home on wheels that I decided to put on blip today.
We have just left Queen Charlotte Sound and are now out into the Cook Strait; it is remarkably calm and clear and we will be in Wellington before tea!
Remember yesterday's 'Picnic in Paradise' - well there is always a sting in the tail, my ankles are covered in huge and very itchy bites today and I used insect repellant!
