Mushrooms

Today I met with an ex-team member. Someone who still remembers the first time we met, the day I hired him: 11th November 1997. He reminded me, I didn't remember.
We had a 10km walk in the nature reserve "Kühkopf". During the walk we chatted a lot, also gossiped. About the old days and about the current situation at the company. Two weeks after they fired me they announced the closure of whole German office. The workers' council is still negotiating the details (social plan, severance, etc.), so he is still waiting for the termination. But it is definitive.

During the walk I noticed these mushrooms on a dead tree.
