Derelict Sunday

This is an ongoing project, each house will cost 1 Million to remodel, historic site... at the State Park. They will become  vacation rentals. Most of the money comes from donations.
The idea was that we did not want another 5 STAR hotel here and instead the houses will be affordable for families as a vacation rental.
