TLC
I managed to turn the "day of rest" into a busy one.
I guess the highlight was making the Madras version of cottage pie. It takes a bit of time, but it is worth it. Leftovers for dinner tomorrow.
It is the time of year when spending 2 hours in the kitchen in the early evening/late afternoon is rewarding. The heat. The smells. The mess.
I had a short walk at West Wemyss at lunchtime and got my Blip. Big Jo has not been in the water - has not moved, in fact - for several years now, but someone has been doing some maintenance. Maybe in the spring...
