Soul recharging.

Back on the Samaritans phone lines today.
One of the things I've remembered from my last stint, all those years ago, is to allow some contemplative "me time" afterwards.
So a detour and a little sneaky use of a known only to locals shortcut, and then a wander out, some sitting on a log and some just being thankful.
