Blue collar worker?

To me this breed of sheep is an equal to the lakes and mountains.  As our best man suggested it is a 'proper sheep, a tough sheep.'  He lives in France where he hasn't seen sheep like it!!  I've taken a few Herdwicks in the past, but not in profile and doing what they do best, eat.
