A bog in a bog?

Imagine the scene confronting me on a wet and muddy walk this morning. A chemical toilet standing in a marshy field miles from habitation or any signs of building work etc. Turns out the Environment Agency are carrying out improvements on a water station up river, so hardly a convenient convenience because of the distance involved.. The steel plating is there so that heavy plant can cross a stream and the boggy areas of the gateway.
