Redwing

No new bird for my list today but we were happy to find a couple of redwings feasting on berries on our walk this morning. This is the first time we’ve seen them within walking distance of home. Apart from a small flock of long tailed tits and a few robins and blue tits, there were very few birds around today despite the sunshine and nice weather. Maybe it was the sheer number of people and dogs around that was scaring them as there were lots of people out and about.
