The lone seagull

We went for a walk by the lake today. There were not too many birds around, even the waterfowls were not active, likely because of the cold crisp air.

We did however see a few seagulls here and there. This particular one was standing alone surveying passers by for any scraps of food. Unfortunately I didn't see anyone eating anything on their walks. Hopefully the seagull got lucky.
