Pretty in pink (and yellow)

There aren't many opportunities to get photos of flowers around here other than spring and early summer, so when I saw this rose it was my chance to participate in flower Friday which BikerBear continues to brilliantly host.

Not much doing today. Finally dropped off my laundry at the cleaner for their 'wash and fold' service. It's not very expensive and it beats lugging detergent, etc and sitting in a laundromat. The bad part is that I can't pick it up until next Wednesday. I will be washing a few necessities at home until then. Serves me right for procrastinating.  I got home in time for my noon therapy appointment then took off for the park.

I am a little late posting this because I was super tired. I went to bed at 7:30 pm. I was so sleepy that I could have walked from the living room into the bedroom, flopped onto the bed and dozed right off. But there's that ritual before going to bed that includes changing my clothes and brushing my teeth. Following the ritual, I get into bed and can't fall asleep. What's with that? Huh? Huh?

Viewing update: I've started watching Bailey and Scott on Prime. PBS only aired 3 seasons (twice) but I noticed there are six. A show that features women. Smart women. How refreshing.
