Off the wall #2

Marooned in the house, trapped by teetering piles of neglected washing up and dirty laundry....so it's just what passes for a regular Saturday at the moment. Thought I'd blip what's on the kitchen wall before my hands transform into wrinkled prunes.

PROVENANCE...Mrs Chicken was a birthday gift from my sort-of son-in-law a couple of years ago....just because he knew I'd always wanted one! The washboard came back from Canada (along with a pair of vintage snow shoes....and assorted other stuff that might appear on a future blip when I'm stumped) with late husband after he visited friends in Toronto in the 70's.
