Prevailing.

A decent walk took up most of the morning, albeit with mud caked boots afterwards. Grungy weather when I took this, but it brightened up later. 
We sometimes see kestrels or a buzzard or cormorants on this walk, but there were none today. 
Nothing else done, apart from lots of afternoon phone calls.
