It's Oh So Quiet

It's the first day of lockdown and only essential travel is allowed on transport systems, hence the platform that is usually busy on a Saturday is empty Shhh!

Saturday for us is buy The Guardian and The Herald, have a healthy big breakfast for lunch and spend the afternoon reading the papers. This evening a new Nordic Noir series begins "The Valhalla Murders" but only after her that should be obeyed watches "Strictly".

My album of the day is "Document" by R.E.M. From power-pop to hypnotic ballads, it wasn't until this fifth album they got more noticed and built up a bigger following. My highlight is the party anthem "It's The End Of The World As We Know It".
