Rain at the vet

Market shop today.  It's quiet in town today.  The chilly weather might have put shoppers off. Closed Primark had no queue lining its façade and there were not even many bikes parked. 
Afternoon took Murray for his post-operation check.  I have to ring from the veterinary practice car park on arrival letting the reception know what numbered bay we are parked at.  The nurse emerges calling Murray, had a brief chat about his progress then takes Murray into the building to examine him for about 20 minutes then returns with him, tail still tucked under.  Everything healing well.  He used to like going to the vet - I don't blame him. The nurse said he was very good letting him look in his mouth - of course he was!
