Food tech Covid style

We haven’t produced a family of food tech fanatics. Much as I love feeding the masses, no one has wanted to pursue food tech into GCSE and beyond.

And now, they can’t handle food in school so it has to be done at home, although they are very kind and considerate about pupils who can’t do it at home. So I stood back and waited and MightyMouse took the lead.

He told me the ingredients he wanted, which were all in house anyway, and he set to it. He came back from school, donned an apron (!) and cooked us some chicken nuggets.

And they were good. Really good.
